Flu vaccination program
Be prepared this flu season by participating in our student flu vaccination program, offered as part of our partnership with Medibank Private. This program is free to currently enrolled La Trobe students.

Students with an IHI number: If you have an IHI number (instead of a Medicare number), please use a PC/laptop to book your appointment.

Dates and times
Appointments will be between Monday 15 April - Tuesday 30 April (excluding Thursday 25 April due to the ANZAC Day public holiday) between 9:30am and 4pm. Please check the booking website below for specific dates and times.
Appointment location
Vaccinations will be held in the Odeon in Union Building (reference H9 on Melbourne Campus Map) at the Bundoora Campus. Closest car parking is Car Park 3 and 4.

Vaccinations will be held in Building AW6, room 6129. Please enter via the North Verandah/Pergola area.

Instructions for attending your appointment
Social distancing requirements
When attending, please follow social distancing requirements to ensure our program is safely delivered to everyone.

Car parking on all campuses
Parking fees apply for the Bundoora and Bendigo campuses. If you park outside the defined bays or in a disabled bay (without a permit) an infringement may be issued. Please visit our Transport Central page for more information regarding parking and public transport for your campus.
Vaccination certification
You'll receive a vaccination certification via email after attendance at your appointment. This certification will be emailed to the address you include on your online registration. You can use this certificate as proof of vaccination for your placement if required.
If you do not receive your vaccination certification within 48 hours of your vaccination, please contact SMG at aus_bookings@lifeworks.com.
COVID-19 vaccine
Please be aware that if you have received a COVID-19 vaccine or are booked to receive one soon, a 14-day gap is recommended between receiving doses of the COVID vaccine and the influenza vaccine.
